For example I purchased a self-inking stamp of the 4 main Reiki symbols (Cho Ku Rei, Sei He Ki, Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen & Dai Ko Myo).  I also had a self-inking stamp of a 'Reiki Sandwich' (Cho Ku Rei, Sei He Ki & Cho Ku Rei).  I then spent about 5 minutes sending Reiki healing to each stamp.  I then used them to place the 4 main Reiki symbols & 'Reiki Sandwich' above each door (both sides) in my flat.
