How to make alcoholic & non alcoholic herbal tinctures:

You can make tinctures in the same exact way that you make Infused Oils, just one difference. The carrier that you use for tinctures is:

Vodka/Rum or Brandy for alcoholic tinctures.
Apple Cider Vinegar/Vegetable Glycerin for non alcoholic tinctures.

Dose usually starts at a drop in food/drink/under your tongue twice a day. Slowly increase number of drops until desired effect is felt. THAT'S IT.
